(THIS WAS NEVER REALLY ABOUT GIFT BOXES.)
WHY WE GIVE A SHIT...
WE’VE SPENT OUR ENTIRE CAREERS THINKING WOMEN DESERVED BETTER THAN THIS.
Flowers, a candle, a card containing some version of “everything happens for a reason.” All very well meant.
And sometimes completely bloody useless.

Between us, we've spent decades with women in some of the biggest, hardest, weirdest and most vulnerable moments of their lives.
In scan rooms, cancer care, palliative care, treatment rooms.
During fertility struggles, pregnancy, loss, menopause, illness, grief, sex, body changes, relationship breakdowns and all the other stuff life has a habit of chucking at us without an instruction manual.
We kept learning the same thing...
People don't need perfect.
They don't need a silver lining and they really don't need you to tell them everything happens for a reason.
Sometimes, they just need you to say...
THIS IS SHIT.
BUT I’M HERE.
REAL WOMEN * REAL BODIES * REAL LIFE * HONEST WORDS * PROPER CARE *
I’m Hannah...

Owner of a mean hyperfocus and absolutely no commitment to keeping a conversation on its original subject.
Met Kerry because she needed a Brazilian wax.
Hannah's story ↓
I'm a Sonographer specialising in fertility and pregnancy, so I've spent a lot of my career meeting women on days they'll remember for the rest of their lives. Some for wonderful reasons, and some for absolutely heartbreaking ones.
I've sat opposite women and their partners and had to say, “I'm so sorry. There’s no heartbeat.” There’s no clever way to make those words hurt less.
You tell the truth, you’re gentle you answer what you can and then you give people the space to feel whatever the hell they feel.
What I've also seen is what happens afterwards...
The at leasts, the everything happens for a reasons and the desperate attempts to find a positive because sitting beside someone else's pain makes us uncomfortable.
People rarely mean harm, they just don't know what to say.
And that matters to me.
We don't need better platitudes, we just need to get better at being there when there isn't a nice thing to say.
Less pressure to say the perfect thing. More courage to say the real thing.
I’m Kerry...

Mum of two, wife, daughter, sister, former nurse and current remover of hair from places most websites would politely call “intimate areas”.
(We don't do that here... vulvas and arseholes, there we go.)
Kerry's story ↓
Before all the hot wax, I spent 25 years in healthcare specialising in cancer and palliative care and discovered that it isn't really about dying. It's about living and helping somebody get what they can from the time they have.
It's supporting the family too. Making the tea, having the conversation everybody else is avoiding, knowing when somebody needs answers and when they just need you to sit beside them and stop bloody talking.
Being allowed into those moments was one of the greatest privileges of my life.
Then I had children, life changed, and I wanted work that fitted around my family.
So obviously I went from palliative care to Brazilian waxing and it turns out, I’m not afraid of a vulva.
I opened a beauty business and the funny thing is, the work wasn't actually as different as you'd think. Women talked... about menopause, cancer scares, fertility, relationships, divorce, bodies, sex, confidence, kids, grief, the funny stuff, the heartbreaking stuff, the stuff they hadn't told anyone else and eventually I realised...
The waxing was never really the job. The women were.
WE'RE NOT HERE
TO MAKE SHIT THINGS
SOUND NICER...
We’re here to help people show up through them.

THIS IS SHIT.
BUT I’M HERE.

THIS IS SHIT.
BUT I’M HERE.

It’s about better conversations. We’re after more confidence around cancer, fertility, pregnancy loss, menopause, recovery, bodies, sex, grief and all the things that still make perfectly grown adults suddenly develop an intense interest in the carpet.
We want workplaces that know how to support somebody without forwarding them a wellbeing PDF.
Healthcare and charity partnerships that understand practical care matters.
Spaces where women can ask the awkward question.
Products designed around the realities of women's lives rather than how pretty they'll look on a shelf.
LESS WHISPERING, MORE TALKING & BETTER CARE.

REAL TALK
THE STUFF WE’RE ALL WHISPERING ABOUT...
Bodies are weird, life is messy and ChatGPT at 3am is a f*cking terrible emotional support system.
So let's talk properly about the things women actually go through, without euphemisms, scare tactics, medical mansplaining or pretending a positive mindset fixes everything.
YOUR INBOX COULD USE LESS SHIT.
Honest chat, the hard bits, the awkward bits and the things we all discuss on WhatsApp but apparently not in public.
Plus new boxes, useful finds and whatever we currently have opinions about.
